March was a Fun Month with lots of Travel  

Each of the images below posted as my "Photo of the Weeks" for March represented a day on the road from last month. Our travels took us to Arizona, Colorado and places around New Mexico. The first image is from Bisbee, Arizona. Beautiful 1800's mining town/artist community....a must see and also the home of Panterra Gallery where my photography work is represented. The next two are from day trips we took close to home here in New Mexico (El Rito & Dawson). Both days were very memorable to us both. The last two are from Colorado trips. The hawk was taken on one of my many trips this year up to the Monte Vista Wildlife Refuge and the last was at the Aztec National Monument in Aztec, New Mexico. Acequia at Taos Mountain 

I was invited to include one of my images in this exhibition at the Maxwell Museum of Anthropology on the campus of the University of New Mexico. It is very exciting to be asked to be included within this list of famous past and present photographers. If you are in or around Albuquerque on this date I hope I will see you there.

• Hive Salon & Gallery - An Opening Reception for "Winter Wonderland Affair" an exhibit of work by Taos photographer Steven Bundy and colorful oils by Sally Russell is planned for Friday December 20th from 5-8 pm, 300 Kit Carson Road, Taos, NM with the show running for the next couple of months. • Photo Place Gallery - "Black & White" an exhibition of  40 images as juried into the show by Karen E. Haas, Lane Curator of Photographs for the Museum of Fine Art, Boston.
